Sometimes when we’re in leadership we can forget that sitting across the table from us or standing right by our side is a human being with a very complex narrative guiding there lives. It’s in those moments that we can miss the true nature of our calling as leaders…to serve and bring out the best in others while seeking productivity. For this reason, I created the 4 P’s Framework™ to better understand how to tap into the fullness of human potential.
Recognize Your Journey Begins with Purpose
You must identify your purpose to move forward in life. How you do it is tied to understanding the richness of your life and moving toward a greater understanding of your likes and dislikes. Without purpose you risk becoming distracted.
Why Motivation is Linked to Your Passion
The only way you’re going to ignite your passion is identify what motivates you day in and day out. Seek opportunities to work in your sweet-spot. When you do that you’re not only on the journey to your true passions, but you also become keenly aware of what your purpose is in life.Every day honor those who have gone before you by demonstrating extraordinary effort Click To Tweet
Until You Conquer Persistence You May Fail
Whenever you think about being persistent always remember that you have to be very resilient. Trials are going to come. Things are going to give you a difficult time in life, but when you are persistent, you can overcome any challenge that gets in your way. No matter what it is, you can overcome it, because you have experienced it before and you are now stronger because of it.
All of Us Are Greater Through Partnership
None of us have gotten to this point by ourselves, in fact you are standing on the shoulders of others that have gone before you. You are not the first one to participate in a business or learning endeavor, so every day honor those who have gone before you by demonstrating extraordinary effort. Never forget that someone else blazed a trail for you at the end of the day and every day that you have breath in your body make their sacrifice your promise revealed.
Living a Life Fully Present
When we can become fully present and remain focused on the main things that drive our behavior while recognizing the very same things may drive other people’s behavior, then we’re well on our way to what my research describes as The Pathway to Productivity™.
